Willem Lutjens plywood bookcase 1953

A light and elegant plywood bookshelf/cupboard/room divider, designed by Willem Lutjens in 1953 for Gouda den Boer, the Netherlands. The bookcase is completely detachable: the stands are screwn together and hold the shelves. This is an unusual version with two black shelves: of course the order in which they have been placed can be changed. Note that al restaurations/flaws can be restaured and made invisble by relaquering.
